What is the cost to attend?
Deaf Bible Society will provide you with:
- Hotel accommodations for up to 2 nights at one of our preferred hotels in Washington, D.C.
- Shuttle to and from the event at Museum of the Bible
- Tickets to tour the Museum any time on Saturday, November 1 or Sunday, November 2
Guests will cover airfare, meals, and transportation outside of the event.
What accommodations are provided?
Deaf Bible Society will provide guests with accommodations for up to 2 nights at one of our preferred hotels in Washington, D.C.
What airport should I fly into?
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is the closest airport.
Will I need a rental car?
Renting a car is not necessary, as hired rides are widely available in the DC area. A shuttle will be provided from the hotel to the event and back. Valet parking at the hotel is $69/day for guests who opt to rent a car.
What should I wear to the event?
Business attire is requested.
Can I book extra nights before or after the event at a special rate?
Yes, we would be glad to provide more information to help you extend you stay.
