Deaf Church Where exists to connect Deaf people with a local church. It is the only online, interactive tool that provides Deaf people with a visual resource for finding and contacting local churches in their area. Currently, only churches within theU.S. and parts of Canada are featured, but we hope to expand to other countriesin the near future!
Click the map below to visit Deaf Church Where. When you visit, the interactive map automatically uses your current location to search for churches in your area. You can also search for churches by their name, city, and state. Your search can be further refined by the type of services the church offers to the Deaf community.
- Independent:The Deaf church is fully led and financially supported by Deaf people.
- Supported:The Deaf church is independent, except for financial support provided in partnership with a hearing church.
- Integrated:There may be a Deaf group that meets separately for Sunday School and/or Bible Study, but Deaf people are generally integrated into a hearing service with an interpreter provided.
- Accessible:Deaf people have access through an interpreter in a hearing service.
